Slitting cutter, also known as slitting machine blades. It is mainly used in uncoiling and leveling of metal sheet and automatic generating line of longitudinal shearing. The raw material of cutter is high-speed cutting tool steel. Different materials are selected according to different sheets such as shear cold-hot rolling, silicon steel sheet, pickling plate and automobile girder steel. The main materials are SKD-11, D2, SLD, W6Mo5Cr4V2, H13, H13K and H13Ni. Then it is manufactured by cutting, forging, tempering, roughing, heat treatment, tempering, finishing, inspection and packaging.
